Tulsa Area Housing Demand

Just a note to give some market data on Tulsa Area Real Estate.

I have a pdf file showing the number of listings taken, the number of listings sold, the average number of listings sold per month, the number of listings on hand and the current supply of homes in the Tulsa real estate market for the months of October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009. In other words, this is a real market analysis of real estate in the Tulsa area.

Tulsa’s real estate market is in a bubble compared to the rest of the country. Tulsa has not seen a dramatic drop in house prices, but rather a very slight increase has been noticed.
